Just head up 85N and when you see the exit for Northcrest, hang a right past the drive-in movie theater (now where the Silverbacks play) and there it is on your left!
Northcrest is a sprawling neighborhood with majestic Pine trees, grassy manicured lawns and every kind of flower and bird you can imagine! Built between the late 1950’s and early 1970’s, it’s a mix of Mid-Century Ranches and split-level homes with flat roofs and beautiful tongue and groove ceilings. Atlanta mainly hosts traditional homes and bungalows, so when you drive through the winding streets of Northcrest you have to remind yourself you’re still in Georgia.
“THE, Inc” also known as Walter Talley, Howard Hardrath and Paul Edwards where the original builders who developed and built the neighborhood. Later on they dropped Talley and became simple P&H Realty Co.
