"Oh Darling!" the husband exclaimed with excitement. "Let's go take a quick look at this precious mid-century modest brick bungalow! I’ve always wanted to live in Northwoods, and look at this price!? He pulled up the mortgage calculator, crunched some numbers and exclaimed: “We would be paying less in rent and actually building equity if we lived at 3426 Raymond Dr, instead of our sad cramped apartment!?” They thanked their server, hopped into their car, and headed towards Northwoods. When they arrived, they saw a line out the door. Apparently, all of Atlanta had been scrolling through Zillow that afternoon. Nevertheless, they made their way to the front porch and pushed past the red front door. And then it happened - time stood still.
