This listing is a piece of the whole acreage that the seller owns. This is approximately 5 acres, may be a little more or a little less. The price is $15k an acre and once we have a contract from a buyer the seller will have a survey done. I have attached a picture of the plat with the area in RED that she wants to sell off.
