All new central hvac, off street parking and private balcony/deck overlooking a park-sized heirloom pecan grove! The main dwelling is the agent/owner's part-time home. We are pet friendly. We occasionally use the main property for TV and Film shoots and while there is little to no impact to the interior of the space, we are seeking a resident who will live collaboratively with this occasional use.
