This listing is a piece of the whole acerage that the seller owns. This is approximately 12.5 acres, may be a little more or a little less. The price is $15k an acre and once we have a contract from a buyer the seller will have a survey done. I have attached a picture of the plat with the area in RED that she wants to sell off. The blue X is where her barn is and it stays on her property. Once we get a contract and a survey on this property we will update the contract to show the actual legal location of the property.
