Home does not show well. Sold As-Is, great investment opportunity. From what can be seen, there don't seem to be major issues. It mainly just doesn't show well; hence, there are no interior pictures. There are a LOT of items left from the previous owner, as this is a probate, that will be left for buyer to clear out. Mostly cosmetic stuff needed; paint, floors, home updates, rotten wood siding, etc. Schedule a tour. Priced to sell fast.
