They were built by a builder who specializes in high end luxury lake houses and the finishes and upgrades are off the charts! The location is also key: 2 minutes to Lenox/Phipps Plaza, 5 minutes to the Perimeter Mall area, and less than 2 miles from the MARTA train station.  Also very close to the Brookhaven station retail district that is brand new with all kind so restaurants, boutiques, and a BIG-A** Costco (so you can stock up on toilet paper and mayo).  The current seller just dropped the prices on this New Construction Atlanta Townhouse to $239,900, which is crazy considering other townhouses were marketed and sold in the  $300’s. The best part of this community is the Spa-Retreat POOL with cabana and waterfall… bring on the suntan oil!
