When Mitch and Anna felt it was time to move to their dream Decatur neighborhood they knew they needed to sell their current home for as much as possible.

Being in the online marketing business they turned to the internet to start doing research on what Realtor could help them maximize their equity. After the paperwork was signed, we got to work creating the most enchanting marketing campaign with.  we then brought in our  professional photographer and videographer and helped style the home making it a show-stopper.  The marking plan took off and lit the internet on fire with social media that went viral and a 4K YouTube video that quadrupled the amount of attention it ever would have received had it just been listed in the MLS.
